Smt Manuamching, IAS is the current DC/DM of Pherzawl. She was selected in the Manipur Civil Service through MPSC exam in 2002 and joined MCS in 2003 June. She was inducted into IAS with allotment year of 2011. She had served in different offices; SDO/Kamjong, SDO/BDO Henglep, SDO Moirang, SDO/BDO Singat, SDO Bishenpur, SDO CCPur, Executive Director DRDA CCPur, CEO ADCC, Director TA & Hills, Joint Secretary(MOBC, DC/DM pherzawl, Addl. Secretary(Horti & Se), DC/DM Tengnoupal, Speical Secretary(Horti & Se/Cooperation), Special Secratary(Horti & Se, Hr. & Tech. Edn.), DC Pherzawl.

She Served as Lecturer in Govt Hr. Sec. School(T.G. Hr. Sec. School, Imphal) before joining Civil Service.
